Bug 31154: Add missing "TransactionManager" dependency for MBean service descriptor inside the jaffa-messaging-config.xml file.
The only difference is that updated XML file will have additional <depends>jboss:service=TransactionManager</depends> tag for each mbean.

Extracted loading of row data into a common method (setRowDataToDetailPanel)

fix an error situation when user cancels add a record action while a record on maintenance panel has been modified.

added parsing 0203 to 02:03 and 020106 to 02:01:06 in TimeField.

1) showMessages.jsp is guarded with security check. This make sure nothing appears if correct security is not found (in case someone types in the URL)
2) SOA Event summary button has moved to tool to change the icon.
3) Changed QueueuManager function name to check the security whether to show or don't show link to QueueManager Inquiry component.
4) “outboundEvent” label in the test rig changed to “outboundEvents”

The addTransaction() method of TransactionEngine should send a JMS message along with creating a Jaffa Transaction record.
The add() method of TransactionMessagingEngine should not submitInboundTransaction() if payload is not an instance of Transaction as that would lead to recursion. Only those messaging transactions need to be added which have not been added before.
