Add Jaffa MDB Implementation

bug 30271: minor spelling error.

1) Added component access check for QueueManager. If current user doesn't have access then not enabling hyperlink to QueueManager from SOA Event Summary.
2) Setting label width for SOA Event Test panel.

Update Maven files.

Hiding localId label and value if it's not configured.

1) Modified the labels to correct the mistakes
2) Changed the icons.
3) Modified labelWidth to don't wrap the label text.
4) Done cosmetic changes on pages.

Update POM file.

Update JobDetail class initialization.
