Fixed the FoldingSectionTag to support keys with or without token-delimiters

Made the following changes in the object_maintenance_2_0 pattern:
-Fixed the pattern so that the RelatedObjects, having 1-to-many relationships, are not retrieved, if no fields are specified
-Added FoldingSections around related-objects

Added customization point in validateForeignObjects()
Fixed the logic to retrieve key-values in duplicateCheck and load methods

- The FormName in a FormKey can now have parameters. The resulting string should be encoded in the UTF-8 charset. You can use the utility class java.net.URLEncoder for encoding. The ActioBase class was suitably enhanced to parse the formName and set the attributes on the request stream for each paramter.

Added the property 'RelationshipToDomainObject' for a 'RelatedObject'. This can have the values One, Many or OneOrMany
Added the property 'RelatedObjectName' to the 'Field' and 'ForeignObject' elements
Added the 'Comment' attribute for a Field

Added the ability to specify a field as a 'Comment' field. This field will be stamped with UserId/Timestamp during persistence.
