Commit [r640] Maximize Restore History

Made the following changes to the Maintenance Pattern 2.0

1- Added the 'Name' attribute to the ForeignObject and RelatedObject elements. This will contain a unique name and allow references to multiple instances of the same object.
2- The ForeignObjectReference now accepts the attribute ForeignObjectName
3- The RelatedObjectReference now accepts the attribute RelatedObjectName
