Setting meta only when it exists and not defaulting xtype to 'textfield' if it doesn't exist. determineXtype method will determine the xtype of the component based on meta data

Added booleancombo field. This component can be used instead of using checkbox when representing boolean values.

Gave a ref to the tbTitle so that it can be referenced in a safer way.
Changed the assigning of the tbTitle's id to have a suffix so that there are not conflicting Ids created.

Remove grid state listeners on gridfilters as we don't want filter information saved into state.

Json input date and datetime should mapped with jaffa DateOnly and DateTime.Since DateOnly and DateTime doesn't have a direct constructor to take string date/datetime as
input to create, Hence implemented custom module and registered with jackson ObjectMapping to parse the json input date and datetime string to DateOnly and DateTime.
