Added a call to applyCriteriaFields when setting the value of a combobox. There are cases when the criteriaFields are not applied to the staticParameters and when populateTargetFields is called the wrong record was being selected.

Use more efficient way to find field info for filter.

When a row is selected, the details are viewed in the maintenance panel. If the row is then unselected, the maintenance panel should also be cleared.

Extend error message so users can tell it's a flex field issue.

If no meta data is being passed in to the renderer then the field is not being rendered in a column. In this case just return the value. This occurs when grouping by a checkbox column.

1) Passing env parameter to SystemConfigDesktop to show/hide the SOAEvents and Domain API sections. The env parameter needs to pass Test to show the section.
2) Fixed UOW commit and rollback issue in soaEventTest.jsp.
3) Changed soaEventTest result textarea as readonly.

Moved delete response validation to a new method call validateResponse (Refactor)

Removed the usage of id property to get a handle on the type criteria field and replaced it with a ref property and added a ref property to the corresponding parents.

When a value is set in a criteria panel for any given field and a search is performed, the corresponding column in the result grid will have it's filter disabled. This prevents the user from trying to provide criteria twice for the same field.

Add support for errorParameters in custom error codes.
