Fixed runtime error that was happening on the bodyscroll listener.

- In CRUDController, saveErrorTitle was added as a config option to populate the title on the Error Window.
- In CRUDController, if the response was not passed as an array, it was converted to an array to handlePendingEvents.
- In PendingEventsWindow, singleObjectResponse was added as a config option. This would now pass the saveModel as an object in buildSaveModel and not as an array. This was needed by the update method of the DWRProxy.

Added logic to delay the setting of the type criteria field until after the store is loaded since it's store loaded remotely.

Fixed issue with loadMore functionality. When last record is retrieved and associated scroll bar never goes to the end either. Also, disabled the More button when there are no more available records.

Added condition to use replace only on strings

When an InvocationTargetException was being thrown while using reflection, it was not being thrown up to the invoking program. This is because the actual runtime exception was wrapped inside the cause.

Since this screen does not use a standard ajax service, the loadMore functionality was never added. I added custom functionality to simulate the loadMore by adding a custom searchMore method and "More" button.
