Commit [r6240]  Maximize  Restore  History

Customized AspectUpdateService and AspectUpdateHelper to use it in wsdoc and domain data dictionary doc to create the description for the class and it properties. The description will get saved in aop under either wsdocs or dodocs based on the docType.
