Bug 21564

Removed 'for' attribute from the container layout's fieldTpl because of a focus issue in IE when there is no boxLabel.
The fieldLabel was getting the focus rectancle when the checkbox itself should have.

Also, overrode the Checkbox.onRender to not add the label dom when the boxLabel property is empty or ' '.

(On behalf of SrinivasT) Added new functionality to perform a localCloneOrUpdate within the scope of the passed in UOW.

(On behalf of Srinivas) When the message is submitted without ‘postImmediate’ and when there is exception thrown from MessageHandler class, the changes submitted to UOW are now not committed, and exception is reported as ‘Error’ on J_TRANSACTIONS.
