Commit [r6174]  Maximize  Restore  History

Bug 25120: Added new Form resizing process that will resize a PDF form to the given page size (e.g. A4 or LETTER). Added new field PRINTER.DEFINITION.SCALE_TO_PAGE_SIZE. Used to rescale a PDF document to the given page size (e.g. A4).
