If the screen is reloaded and the main controller does not find it's expected data, display an error message and close the screen. This should only happen if you load a record, then the record is deleted from the database and then you try to refresh the record on the screen.

Change InListInterceptor to use InListException if a value is not valid. Also replaces label tokens in valid values before returning error.

Add in list exception.

Corrected the scope while accessing navigationButtons

Previously we checked for non-data columns by looking for an events property (mainly checkboxmodel). Now all columns have events, so we are looking for non-data columns by checking for dataIndex or name.
