If finder criteria field uses getBooleanCriteriaCombo, default the value to '' rather than null, this will then display as 'Any'.

Improve panel validation to check datetime fields for invalid values.

Fixes a issue when a value has been changed by nulling it out and a Pending Event Exception is thrown the nulled value was not being returned back to the UI.
