Provided a handler for the 'refresh' event which is invoked whenever a user changes the settings on a UserGrid.

A key-field will be non-editable in the create-mode if it has been assigned a value

Removed the 'submit=true' for the save button, since its also being set in the defaultNav

The 'defaultNav' is now only shown at the bottom of the screen
