[r5528] by b_calderwood Adding support for default hide panel/field and read only business rules. Rules.jsp will look for rules based on the component URL. eg. for component module/submodule/objectmaintenance/main.jsp the rule prefix will be module.submodule.objectmaintenance. We'll then look for rules ending with HidePanelList, HideFieldList and ReadOnlyFieldList. These rules will be loaded in the Rules object as Jaffa.metadata.HidePanelList etc. When we apply metadata to panels we will check for these rules and set properties on the fields/panels as required.	2011-09-09 18:47:34	Tree
