Adding support for default hide panel/field and read only business rules. Rules.jsp will look for rules based on the component URL. eg. for component module/submodule/objectmaintenance/main.jsp the rule prefix will be module.submodule.objectmaintenance. We'll then look for rules ending with HidePanelList, HideFieldList and ReadOnlyFieldList. These rules will be loaded in the Rules object as Jaffa.metadata.HidePanelList etc.
