Added support for object-finder-meta_2_0.dtd

Invoking the create/update screen from the consolidatedCriteriaAndResults screen with exportType selected as 'E'xcel or 'X'ml, and then returning back to the finder, causes the Excel/XML to be rendered in the same browser, which defeats the attempt to keep the Excel/XML away from the main browser window. Hence added code after the form.submit() to reset the exportType to 'W'ebPage.

Modifed the ActionBase.determineCurrentFormKey() method which is invoked by the 'REFRESH' events when modifying the UserGrid settings in a Finder component. This method uses the getResultsFormKey() method for FinderComponent2 components to obtain the FormKey. For all other components, it'll continue to use the 'NAME' static field to obtain the current FormKey

Moved from FinderLayout.jsp to finder.js, the javascript to set the target to '_blank' during a postForm() for exportType 'E'xcel or 'X'ml

Renamed the property 'consolidateCriteriaAndResults' to 'consolidatedCriteriaAndResults' to make it consistent with the code in the patterns

Merged with the HEAD

Added a javascript hack to post a form to a new window if the export type is either 'E'xcel or 'X'ml
