Made the following changes:

1- Create new element in init.xml 'connection-factory'
2- Create the following new parameters in init.xml
DbcpDataSourceConnectionFactory - maxWait, testOnBorrow, testOnReturn, validationQuery
JndiDataSourceConnectionFactory - tomcatDataSourceName
Moved from framework.properties - jdbcSecurityPlugin, usePreparedStatement
