Commit [r371]  Maximize  Restore  History

Add taskname="TASK/${appname}" for better logging output.

Fix tasks exec tasks for startup and shutdown of tomcat to use ${SCRIPT.EXT} instead. Due to this, &header was wrapped in init task, since <condition> can't be outside of a <target>, yet. added all targets depending on init target.

Removed searchandreplace.xml ENTITY from Generate.xml, as it's not needed.
