- The XSD for domain objects is more strict that the DTD, so xml files needed cleaning up

Fixed the JAXB external entity reference problem, we now strip out the DOCTYPE tag!
Added some extra javadoc to some of the deprecated classes

Removed these to 'expreimental' classes, either use the XML serializer or the jakarta collections-bean-utils for these kind of functions.
