- Move all build scripts to \build and sub folders
- Added appbuilder scripts + definition
- The XSD for domain objects is more strict that the DTD, so xml files needed cleaning up
- Tweaked the build to include struts, components and application resource fragments
- Added jdbc-engine.xml config and new properties for war-configure task
- put default jaffa entries in struts-config.xml
- brought over the unittest.jsp for testing
