Bug # 788943 - When an action button is pressed on a UserGrid it causes a javascript error to be produced. JonnyR has fixed tablesort.js and tablesortUK.js.. Committing the changes on behalf of JonnyR

Removed JAR's which arfe not open source, should not have committed these in the first place!

In ENTITY use file:./ before xml file for standard complience.
