New Sample Application With Jaffa. Based on Jaffa v1.3 Beta and Struts 1.1+Tiles

This servlet filter is a replacement for the JAFFA PortletServlet and the portlet.security package

This class has been removed, since its redundant with the new signature of execute() allowing an Exception to be thrown

Commented out processPopulate(), which is redundant and should have been removed when the error-handling code was revamped in FormBase

Migration to Struts1.1 - Removed references to processPreprocess, processPath, processMapping, processActionForward, processPopulate methods of ActionServlet. Refactored most of the code. However, processPopulate(), which was clearing the errors in a FormBean, is no longer being invoked
