Removed tool from jaffa. This is not robust enough to put out, and there are many bugs in the use of data types and domains. The relationship stuff has too many assumptions, and can't be used for linking fields if the names are different in each entity. Will review this at a later stage to see if a rewrite is worth while.

Fixed lookup data issue, by changed case on the field names being passed. should start with a lower case name

Tweeked to generate correct lookup links. Also avoid problem where same field could be used in multiple foreign objects

updated datetype DATE to DATETIME

Added XSD for lookup pattern (initially same structure as finder!)

Added a builder for Lookups, Added foriegn keys into maintenance pattern, and linked foreign object to there lookups

Added target for lookup JAXB

Make use of debug='true' via property file.

Now reporting failure test cases to the output file.

Added new default icons that are now used by new jaffa patterns. Also updated the graphics for the buttons in the gray skin.
