Sequencing using the USBAERmini2

Sequencing should now be straightforward.

Choose "Sequence data file" from the FX2MonSeq Menu and choose a dat file.

After a while the device starts sequencing, but the display does not show what it is sequencing.

If you would like to see what is being sequenced, you have to connect the sequencer port to the monitor port and connect your device to the pass-through port.

Important if you create dat files in matlab:

The AEViewer excepts absolute timestamps for the sequencer, in contrast to sequencing from matlab, where you have to use interspike intervals. This is to ensure compatibility with logged data files.
