The dialog for re-flashing the EEPROM is in jAER under USB -> '(Advanced Users only) CypressFX2 EEPROM Utility'. There click on 'Scan for device', some data about the DVS should appear, and then choose the correct firmware file under 'EEPROM firmware', make sure 'Write to EEPROM' is selected and press 'Download firmware'. The firmware file is the following:
JAER-SVN/trunk/deviceFirmwarePCBLayout/CypressFX2/firmware_FX2LP_DVS128/firmwareFX2_RetinaCPLD.iic
It will then download it and tell you to disconnect the device, and that should be it. Hope this helps!
