Files Uploaded

I finally uploaded files for JADIS.
The JADIS<date>.tar is a tar of a working copy of JADIS. It is customized for the site it run on but can be setup for your site.
I am not happy yet, so I started a major rewrite that is in JADIS_DEV. It is not working yet but getting close.
