#20 please ship docs in built form

Please ship 'doc/releasenotes.pdf' and
'doc/releasenotes.html' in the distributed version of
JadeTeX -- otherwise, the user has to install the
package in order to read the release notes, which seems
rather sadistic.

Just a minor issue, but it helps my job in Debian
packaging, e.g.,
so that I can ship the PDF docs, for instance.
