#15 table-handling errors

Hi,

there are some problems using OpenJade, teTeX, and
JadeTeX:

1. Using row-spanning columns in a table results in a
row that is higher but the two columns I wanted to
combine are still separated!
2. The thin row-separating horizontal lines seems to
leave the right border of the table
3. When using row- and column-spanning, I always get
"Overfull" messages
