#13 Strange behaviour for page-footnotes

Page-footnote flow objects behave rather strange, if
the left-margin of the overall page is > 0.

(1) To be precise: the footnoterule is always
leftbound, no mater what left-margin, start-indent,
etc. is set.

(2) There's no way to switch off the horizontal line
(except for setting some latex internal code in
jadetex.cfg overriding \footnoterule)

(3) Too much space between multiple paragraphs in
footnotes.

(4) There's always a gap after the last paragraph.

(5) start-indent, first-line-start-indent, etc.
properties are ignored for paragraphs children for
page-footnote, unless they are packaged inside another
paragraph (nest paragraphs).

I've fixed jadetex.dtd at least for (1)-(4), but don't
have an answer or solution for (5). I'm not sure if the
patches break any other dependency, since I don't
understand all details of the jadetex logic.
