[Jadclipse-develop] [jadclipse - Help] JadClipse not detected in RAD7 Eclipse v3.2.2

Tried to install the JadClipse plugin versions:
net.sf.jadclipse_3.2.4.jar
and
jadclipse_3.2.0.jar

for 

Eclipse:
Version: 3.2.2.r322_v20070119-RQghndJN8IM0MsK
Build id: M20070212-1330

by placing the extracted files in 
{RAD install directory}\SDP70\plugins

The problem is that I couldn't see the JadClipse plugin under
Window->Preferences->Java

Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Let me know if I am missing any other information.
