Summary: NullPointerException in the Preference page

Initial Comment:
I put jadclipse_3.2.2.jar in the C:\Program
Files\eclipse.org\plugins folder. 
I started Eclipse 3.1.
I opended the Preference pane : 
Window > Preferences... > Java > JadClipse
An error message has been displayed :
Unabel to create the selected preference page. Reasons
: Plugin Jadclipse was unable to instantiate class
"Jadclipse.ui.JadClipsePreferencePage".
