YMMV but I got JadClipse up and running under WebSphere Integration Developer (which is an Eclipse Platform 3.2.2). The trick is which plugin directory to put it in. It did not work when I put it in the shared directory (C:\Program Files\IBM\Eclipse SDK30) but it did work when I put it in the WID specific install file system which has another plugin folder.
