Implement a NSLookup Filter to further complete
weblog analysis.

* Could filter a whole chunk (use with
SelectionFilterFilter)
* Should implement caching to Harddisk for speed.
* Should implement multithreading for speed. (This is
hard to imbed into Jacson single thread design, but
should be possible with queuing!).
