At the moment for NA-PAC 13 the e-mail going out when a transparency was processes look like this:

NA-PAC 2013 Transparency Processing Status

Your transparencies have been successfully processed and will be published in the conference proceedings. They can be downloaded via your account. Please see the editor's comments:

If an author has multiple presentations he will not know which one has been processed. I was told that this text is hard coded in SPMS and can not be changed by the user. It should have the paper code inside to make it uniquely identifiable.
