#24 Red dot paper shows 'NEW FILES' after Transparency Processing

Example at the moment is LINAC Paper WEIOB02 ( abs_id=1605 ).

It has a red dot paper status.

During transparency processing I uploaded a modified version of the talk as 'Other supporting files' (WEIOB02_TALK_EDITOR.pptx) and the processed version of the talk as 'Transparencies' (WEIOB02_TALK.PDF).

After that on my editors page (editor.html) it shows 'NEW FILES' next to the red dot paper. In my opinion only the upload of source files or PDF/PS should trigger the paper to show 'NEW FILES'. Not the upload of talks or other supporting files.
