In "BreakingNews", an "OR" is used to enforce: "The 30-pound baby wasn't born in South Amboy or New Hope."
That should probably be "AND" instead, as in:
NOT BornIn(SouthAmboy OR NewHope) <=> AND( NOT BornIn(SouthAmboy), NOT BornIn(NewHope))
If it is a bug, the Scala version of the example has the same bug.

Obviously there is the same mistake since it has been re-coded from Java version.
