#4 English translation and more

There are a few texts that appear in Italian rather
than having language variable set... and a few other
problems as well.

buddy.php:

line 497: "invia un messaggio ad un utente non
connesso" (I assume this should translate to "send a
message to an offline user").

line 639: "ti ha mandato un file clicca <a target=_new
href=uploads/$realname><b>qui</b></a> per scaricarlo"
(I assume this should translate to "has sent you a file
click here to view it"). Also, in this line "uploads"
is static and by default does not exist, while it
should point to the temporary directory (as should be
accessed from a URL since this is download).
line 603: _REGISTEREDUSERS is called but no such
language variable is used in the English translation
under modules/NS-Buddy/

Other than that, a thing to note is that the temporary
directory defined must contain a trailing slash or you
might be creating temporary files in places you don't
want (if the permissions allow it).
