#7 Add Frames Functionality

the support for Frames is necessary for a new
application I am testing.

Please add support for applications using frames. This
is different from new window functionality.

I noticed that in the 1.3 package, there is a TestCase:
FrameTestCase to test the frame in IE, how to use this
test? What is the jacob version and IE version used in this
test which was successfully run?
