#3 Automatically starting jackmixdesk
When jackmixdesk is not yet running, jackmixdesk_gtk will print an error message on the console.
It might be nicer if jackmixdesk_gtk would start jackmixdesk for you if it is not running yet, or provide the user with an option do do that (somewhat like qjackctl does for jack).
