According to some Apache sites, the Bouncy Castle dependency is exempt from U.S. export restrictions. Many apologies, I haven't done a thorough code review, but it looks like the actual crypto engines within Jackcess all derive from Bouncy Castle? Is there any custom encryption/decryption code in Jackcess that might be subject to export restrictions?
