Hi,

special characters like German umlauts are replaced by # in ogg
tags.
I'm using the latest debian/testing package.

    Fixed in CVS. Ogg tags have to be utf-8 encoded. The
    --charset option defines what jack interprets the
    freedb data as. Default is latin-1.

    I'll leave it open until I release 3.0.
