#5 Borland C++ Builder support

The patched version is 1.1 RC1_4.
I have added Borland C++ Builder 6 project files to
compile the library.
The compiler requires the "PUT_TSDS_IN_HEADER" define.
The compiler found ambiguity errors in "Jarray.tsd", I
have added the full namespace specification to the
JObject base class.
Some parameter name commented out to eliminate
"parameter ... not used in function ..." warnings.
Sorry, I have not tested it yet, only build.
