#2 Suggested patch for setting JavaVM ptr

We've started to have code that goes from C++ to Java
to C++ and again to Java, all in different load objects.
As a result, we've found that we need to set the JavaVM
in each load object. To make things easier on all
concerned, we added another hook into JACE to make it
easies to set the JavaVM pointer. Instead of creating a
whole new java environment, we plug the javaVM pointer
from the previous environment into the new. To do this
we have the attached patch.

    This was resolved in 1.1Beta3 with the VmLoader interface.
