#57 Generic Tab-Separated Importer

I needed to import my ReaderWare database, but couldn't get the standard imports to work. The GenericTabSeparatedImporter uses a bibtex-to-fields map so that any tab separated data can be imported and mapped correctly. I've included source code, a readme, and sample data for testing.

    Hi Richard,
    nice idea. I think this could make it into JabRef if we polish it a little bit.

    * For the testdata. Can you provide a file that contains what you would like to see?
    * Starting JabRef with -D option is not really good style. How about implementing a preference dialog? Have a look at the various PrefsTabs.
