just an alternative list of all journals in MEDLINE.

changes are made as the following:
- capital letters in journal names based on abbreviation
- content after = : / is truncated from journal name
- dot at the end of journal names is removed
- "The " and "[electronic resource]" is removed from
journal name

be aware - nothing is perfect, in particular because
the pubmed list has a non-consistent format.

list is compressed with winrar (www.winrar.de).
