#193 Postgresql 9.2 patch and JDBC update
I've got postgresql 9.2 support working. The export and "connect to external database" weren't working with the new JDBC driver from the PostgreSQL JDBC group so I "mucked" with it a bit this weekend and it is working. Hopefully, I didn't break anything.
The new JDBC driver is available here:

We applied the patch in the master branch. Unfortunately, I got not PostgreSQL running here to test the patch.

Thanks. I'll do a fresh pull and test here. Don't know if that will be
comprehensive enough but unless someone else can test that's about the
best I can do.
