Oliver,

   I learned that openofx is required and the package author makes it
available for only 64-bit processors. My current server is 32-bit so I
cannot build it here.

   Since version 3.8.2 does all I need it to do I'll not upgrade until I
replace the server (Real Soon Now) with a 64-bit host.
