It would be great if the "Manage-Window" could be closed (Button "Cancel") by pressing ESC.
Maybe it also could be useful to accpet with Enter.

Which window do you mean? Could you let us now the clicks leading to the window? For instance, at Tools/Manage Custom Exports, ESC works for closing the window.
