#549 Change case tool and accented letters

While the ChangeCase>Upper and >Lower work without problem with accented letters, the >UpperFirst and >UpperEachFirst do not. If the very first letter of the phrase is accented, the >UpperFirst makes uppercase the first letter of the *second* word. In case of the >UpperEachFirst, the first letter of the first word simply doesn't get upper. I have tried with several accents (umlaut, hat, caron).
