    Brownie - 2004-10-06

    Hello,

Jabref is great !! I am very new to this and there is something I do not understand. I use accent in the names like -- Leism{\"u}ller, K. and Nov{\`a}k, P. --, in JabREF it is written like this (not pretty but working with bibtex), but when I expoort this to an HTML file I obtain : -- F. Leismller and P. Nov\`ak --
    the {\"u} well corrected
    the {\'a} NOT corrected

BUT if I write {\'i} or {\'u} instead of {\'a} it works very well, i obtain the right character.

So if you have an answer i would love that.

    Thank you

I don't want to be bad, but, there is no answers to my problem, is it a bug (from jabref or me ;) ), but tell me something. This will be corredted in next version ? Am I alone with this problem ?

I am Using Jabref 1.5 and Java 1.4.2

      Hi,

I'm sorry you didn't get an answer - it is sometimes hard to keep up with all the feedback.

I can confirm that the next version will work properly with the examples you gave - notably the {\`a} character was missing from the translation.

Thank you, I understand this is hard, just keep it on, it is very nice.
